Refund Policy

At IBWS, we understand that it’s essential for you to feel safe and secure when placing your order. That’s why we have a clear and comprehensive refund policy in place. Our Money Back Guarantee gives you the right to request and receive a refund at any stage of your order if something goes wrong.

If you decide to cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you’ll receive a 100% refund. However, if a writer has already been assigned, the refund amount will depend on your deadline. You can claim a 70% refund if half or less of the deadline has passed, and up to 50% after that. This ensures that the writer who starts on your assignment is fairly compensated for the work done.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Support Team via email as soon as possible and then confirm the cancellation on the order page.

Please note that you won’t be able to receive a refund for order cancellation if the paper has been completed and delivered within the stipulated deadline. If the paper has been delivered on time, you can only request a refund due to quality concerns. In cases where the circumstances for order cancellation were beyond your control, a partial refund of up to 30% might still be considered.

If you were charged twice for a single order or accidentally placed two identical orders, please get in touch with us immediately. If you receive two receipts from the payment processing system, forward both receipts to our email, and we’ll refund the extra payment in full.

In rare cases, it’s possible that we won’t be able to find a writer to work on your order. If this happens, we’ll issue a full refund. However, suppose you request the revision of the finished paper to be completed by a different writer, and a suitable one is not found. In that case, our Dispute Department will review your claim and proceed with an appropriate refund after you request it.

If your paper was delivered after the original deadline, you can request a recalculation of the order price. For example, an 8-hour delivery paper completed an hour late now falls into the 16-hour delivery category and should cost less. The difference in price will be refunded. For long-term orders (10–14 days or longer), we’ll refund 7% upon request.

Lateness refunds and price recalculation do not apply to revisions. To avoid confusion, please choose the correct deadline when placing an order. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of the paper, you may request a free revision, ask for a different writer, or request a partial refund. Revision requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Any refund request related to the quality of the assignment—whether full or partial—must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. This allows us to fairly assess your concerns and act accordingly. In exceptional cases—particularly when students are waiting for official feedback from professors or academic institutions—we may, at our sole discretion, extend this period up to 90 days (3 months) from the original delivery date. To be considered, you must inform us in advance or provide sufficient justification.

Please note that refund requests made more than 90 days after the order has been delivered will not be accepted under any circumstances. This ensures we maintain a reasonable and fair operational window while balancing the rights of our clients and our team.

If you’re requesting a partial refund, you will also need to provide clear reasons and supporting examples. Supporting evidence for partial refunds should ideally be submitted within 14 days of delivery to help expedite the evaluation process.
